I met up with my team manager from HEAD SNOWBOARDS and he gave me my new board with my own pro graphic. i am stoked with it and i am loving the patriotic base graphic!

Proximus Extreme

the Proximus Extreme is a new event which was held in Brussels last weekend, it was more a show than a contest and the organisers thought that Rich, Roy, Paddy and ulrik had just what it takes to entertain the crowd.
The set up was a 15m long hip with FMX and Ski-doo jumps going over the top of it which made a spectacular show. Top names from each of the sports were there with Roy Kittler taking the best trick on the Friday night being the only rider to take the spine switch and Henrik Harlaut taking the title on the second night. Rich was producing his usual crazy good style and Ulrik was chief entertainer with double backflips and sick BS540 nose grabs.
Nate Adams was the biggest name in FMX who was there and he was insane with all sorts of backflip combos and watching freestyle ski-doos indoors was a crazy experience too. The nights were finished off by Run DMC who did a great set on the snow and all the crowd left very happy, I am looking forward to next year already, check out the pics below:

Changing the Game of Women's Sport

Last week saw the launch of Nike's new sports exhibition, 'Changing the Game of Women's Sport', at the Blink Gallery in Soho, London. The exhibition is designed to celebrate the country's finest sportswomen highlighting their strength, passion and individuality.
Nike ACG team riders Zoe Gillings and Rebecca Cullum were there, amongst other top Nike female athletes across a wide sporting spectrum, to help raise the profile of women's sport in the UK and encourage more youngsters to follow in the footsteps of the stars. The exhibition has features on different female athletes from the entire sporting world, including world championship 5000m Irish gold medallist Sonia O'Sullivan.

crash

i had a bad crash the other day on a 1080.
its not to bad though just a few skuffs on my face, a big bruise on my leg and a few tears before bed time!
