world cup, bardoneccia, italy

i just got back from a world cup in bardoneccia.
i was riding really well but once again i fell in my runs. this is something i need to work on, i have good consistancy in my training but i need to learn to keep that consistancy as i go in to my runs.
i still did ok, i came away in 16th position, once again just missing the finals.
below is some footage of my training, i would like to have had more but the unfortunately no one filmed it.
